My Gold Canyon Story
A man in a woman's world...yes I said that. I know you are asking yourself what is a man doing selling candles? It is simple. Myself, my wife and children have come to love candles. They can change your mood, bring back a memory, create warmth in your favorite room, and literally put a flame back into your relationship with your spouse, or significant other. My goal is to reach out to men, women, and their families by introducing them to this fantastic product. There are many candle choices and alternatives, but for the quality and dependability, Gold Canyon is second to none.
One day a friend of mine told me she sold these awesome candles and that I should think about trying them. After a brief introduction to the fragrances I was hooked. Having grown up in the North and residing in the South where four seasons do not exist, I longed for the fragrances of Autumn and Winter. My first purchase was Holiday Wreath; a candle that has the fragrances of Siberian pine and balsam fir. It reminds you of a fresh cut Christmas Tree and instantly makes the entire home part of the holiday season. It might be 80 degrees outside, but close your eyes and you can transport yourself into a world that is thousands of miles away.
The long-lasting fragrance, and even burn of the candles really impressed me and I couldn’t believe how many different fragrances there were! When a Gold Canyon candle is purchased I know the candle will be burned to the wicks end.
Soon I began ordering all types of candles. The Demonstrator approached me about selling the candles myself. Then, in May of 2008 Gold Canyon began to sell all natural cleaning prodcuts. After reviewing the Homeology products, and realizing there is a trend to "go green", and reviewing the opportunity, I decided to go for it. My wife and I love introducing new people to Gold Canyon candles, Homeology and other GC products.
